Outstanding, prompt and professional service

I highly recommend this gentleman! I had called Mike about a hole that one of our installers had accidentally drilled into a customers shower, seeking a repair quote and requesting if I could send him pictures of the damage. I informed him this was a damage claim required for insurance purposes and that I fully expected to pay him a fee for providing this service. He politely declined the offer of payment, stating that he would be more than happy to look at the pictures when he got back to his office, and send us a quote based upon his professional opinion at no charge. Before had I left my office that day, knowing in advance he was not going to profit from this, he had provided us with a fair, professional quotation at no charge. WOW, what can I say? WOW.
