Ms. Kim Williams
Kim has enjoyed her tenure of 11 years at KinderCare. She started as a PreKindergarten teacher and graduated with her class to School Age where she stayed for 7 years. With the help of many mentors Kim took on more responsibilities and has worked her way up to the Center Director at the Berkshire Crystal Lake KinderCare. As a member of the community, Kim felt right at home in her new center and cannot wait to help it grow.

Kylie Jensen
Kylie started out at KinderCare as an assistant preschool teacher but shortly moved to the school age room. She stayed in the school age in Cary for 6 years before moving to the Crystal Lake center to become the assistant director. Kylie has a passion for helping children meet their milestones and excel in their education. Not only does Kylie like to work with the children she also loves spending time with the families and getting to know them.

Ms. Emilie
Ms. Emilie has an Associate’s degree and has taken many Early Childhood Education classes. She has three children that are enrolled at KinderCare with her.

Ms. Ashley
Ms. Ashley has four children who attend KinderCare with her. Ms. Ashley has completed her CDA and is completeing her Associated Degree in Early Childhood Education at Rasmussen College. Ms. Ashley is also pursing a certification in becoming a Lactation Specialist.<br />

Ms. Charlene
Ms. Charlene has over 20 years experience working with children three years old and younger. She is married and has a son, Dominic who attends KinderCare. She and her family live here in Crystal Lake and she enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with her family. She loves knowing that she is such a positive role model for the children in her care.
