Be Moved Yoga & Wellness is more than just a yoga studio. We also offer Contrast Therapy (sauna and cold plunge) to help your mind and body recovery from the various activities you do; or just from life itself! We believe in the power within your body and our services offer a chance to re-learn yourself; or meet yourself for the first time. Our staff is a group of teachers who have remained students themselves; constantly learning and evolving and sharing their growth with our community. We are very lucky to have the space, the teachers, and the variety of classes that we do. We can't wait to meet you!
